Dental Implants in Barrio de Salamanca, Madrid

Advanced solutions for replacing missing teeth.

What is a dental implant?

A dental implant is the placement of a small, high-quality titanium structure in the bone in a very simple way and with minimal discomfort, replacing a dental root.

At ENIQ we do it with advanced technology called guided navigation, which allows us to place it without making large incisions like the conventional technique, and in most cases, sutures are not necessary.

Its integration into the bone is quite predictable, and once this occurs, an abutment is placed that will hold the zirconium or ceramic crown, finally recovering the functionality and aesthetics of the tooth or teeth we have lost.

A few metres from Goya metro (L2 and L4), on C. de Hermosilla, 78, we replace missing teeth with 3D dynamic-navigation guided implantology: from a crown on implant or a bridge on implant to same-day immediate-load cases. When bone is missing, we plan sinus lift, and for anxious patients from Recoletos and Lista we offer conscious sedation. Dr. Alejandra de la Rosa, winner of the 2021 Dentsply Sirona Smart Integration Award, oversees every treatment in the heart of Barrio de Salamanca.

Virtually painless dental implant placement?

For greater patient peace of mind and more predictable and less painful results, 3D technology is used, both in radiology and placement, which allows us to place it in a few minutes with great precision and with a post-operative period where the patient practically doesn't realize they've had a dental implant placed.

We offer our patients conscious sedation, so the anxious patient attends their placement in a conscious and relaxed way. The cost of this service is very affordable.

Success rate
Very high

What is the success rate of dental implants?

As long as it is well maintained and with proper habits, it exceeds 90% success rate.
Are dental implants for life? Be careful with that type of advertising as it is misleading, nothing is for life, but it can be a very durable treatment if both the dentist and patient follow the protocols correctly.
In case of failure, the manufacturer may cover the replacement of the implant, depending on the causes.

Implant, fixed bridge or removable prosthesis: which is the best option?

When one or more teeth are lost, there are three main replacement alternatives. Each has different characteristics regarding preservation of healthy tissue, maintenance, and longevity. Understanding the differences helps patients make an informed decision together with the specialist.

1

Preservation of neighbouring teeth

The implant anchors directly into the bone and does not require touching the adjacent teeth. A conventional fixed bridge requires cutting down and preparing the healthy neighbouring teeth to act as supports. A removable prosthesis may rest on the teeth or gum with varying degrees of impact depending on the design, but without preparation of abutment teeth.

2

Functionality and day-to-day comfort

The implant restores chewing function in a manner similar to a natural tooth and does not need to be removed at night. A fixed bridge is also a fixed and comfortable restoration, although the space beneath the pontic may accumulate plaque if special interdental floss is not used. A removable prosthesis may be less stable during chewing and must be removed for daily cleaning.

3

Longevity and long-term maintenance

With proper maintenance, implants show survival rates above 90% at ten years according to published clinical studies. Conventional fixed bridges have a reasonable service life, although the natural abutment teeth may develop decay or fractures over time. Removable prostheses generally require periodic adjustments and rebasings as the underlying bone support changes.

4

When is each treatment indicated?

The implant is the reference option for most adults in good general health with sufficient (or recoverable) bone volume. A fixed bridge may be a valid alternative when the neighbouring teeth were already restored or when treatment time is a decisive factor. A removable prosthesis is considered primarily when conditions for implants are not met, or when the patient declines other options for personal or economic reasons.

There is no universal solution: the choice depends on the state of the mouth, general health, and patient preferences. At Clínica ENIQ the specialist assesses each case individually and presents all available alternatives so that the decision is made jointly and with full information.

Pricing

What is the price of dental implants?

Single implant (crown included): from €1,000 — the most common case: one missing tooth replaced with a titanium implant + zirconia crown.

Multiple implants (2–4 implants): price per implant is similar; total cost depends on the number of teeth and whether bone regeneration or sinus lift is required.

Immediate loading (provisional tooth same day): possible when primary stability is sufficient; includes provisional crown + follow-up until final crown placement.

Full arch rehabilitation (All-on-4 / All-on-6): overall price subject to assessment; considered when all teeth in an arch are absent.

Price transparency

What is and is not included in an implant quote?

Knowing exactly what is and is not included in the price helps you compare quotes and avoid surprises.

What is typically included in the implant price

The standard implant quote at Clínica ENIQ includes:

  • Diagnostic study and assessment: First consultation, clinical examination and analysis of the panoramic X-ray or CBCT scan required to plan the treatment.
  • Implant placement surgery: Procedure guided by 3D dynamic navigation, local anaesthesia and, if the patient requests it, conscious sedation (the latter may be quoted separately).
  • Definitive crown on implant: The prosthetic restoration in zirconia or ceramic that visually replaces the tooth, including the abutment connecting the implant and crown.
  • Follow-up reviews: Clinical check-ups during the healing period (typically at one week, one month and three months) to verify correct osseointegration.

What may not be included in the base price

Some clinical cases require additional procedures that are quoted separately:

  • Prior extractions: If the tooth is still present and needs to be extracted before placing the implant, this procedure may involve an additional cost.
  • Bone regeneration or graft: When bone volume is insufficient to stabilise the implant, guided bone regeneration or a prior graft may be necessary.
  • Sinus lift: In the posterior upper jaw where little bone is available, a sinus lift is a specific procedure that may be carried out on the same day or in a prior phase, with its own cost.
  • Prior periodontal treatment: If active gum disease is present, it must be treated before placing implants to ensure the success of the treatment.
  • Conscious sedation (optional): Available for patients with dental anxiety; the cost is very affordable and is communicated before the procedure.

At Clínica ENIQ you will always receive a detailed, personalised quote after the specialist's assessment. There will never be hidden costs: everything you need to know will be in writing before you begin.

Price factors

What determines the final price of a dental implant?

The cost of implant treatment is not the same for every case. These are the main factors that can cause the quote to vary:

Ventajas

Factors that influence the price

01

Number of implants needed

The total cost scales with the number of teeth to be replaced. Replacing one tooth is different from replacing several or a full arch, where options such as the All-on-4 protocol are considered.

02

Need for prior bone regeneration

When there is significant bone loss due to an old extraction or infection, regeneration or a graft may be needed before placing the implant. This additional procedure affects the total price.

03

Sinus lift

In the posterior upper area, the maxillary sinus may limit the available bone height. The sinus lift is a specific procedure that can be performed on the same day or in a prior phase, and carries its own cost.

04

Type of prosthetic restoration

The final crown can be monolithic zirconia, layered zirconia or porcelain-fused-to-metal. Higher-aesthetic options (personalised layered zirconia) may carry a higher cost.

05

Case complexity and technique used

Immediate loading cases (provisional tooth same day), guided surgery with a surgical stent, and flapless implantology using dynamic navigation are more complex techniques that may influence the price.

The only way to know the exact price is through an individualised assessment. At Clínica ENIQ the specialist will analyse your case, explain all the options and provide a detailed, no-obligation quote.
